THNK launches new program for the non-profit sector with Brazilian foundation Humanize
The THNK Foundation has teamed up with Brazil’s Instituto Humanize to magnify the impact of leaders from the public and NGO sectors at a time when they are facing huge challenges due to COVID-19, growing inequality and political polarization.
Humanize is a Brazilian civil society organization, which promotes sustainable development, income generation and social equity in public policy in Brazil. It’s also a member of the Alliance for Impact Leadership in the Public and NGO Sector in Brazil, working together with foundations such as Brava, Lemann, and Republica.org.
The program brings THNK’s transformative leadership approach to the digital space to provide leaders from over 30 organizations across Brazil with an accessible, creative, and personalized leadership journey.
This program is part of THNK’s expansion into leadership development in the non-profit sector, building on work we have done with organizations such as Unicef and the Obama Foundation.
The keys goals of the non-profit program are to help leaders deal with uncertainly and volatility, enable them to collaborate more effectively to bring about systems change, and develop mindsets to drive (digital) strategies to support impact at scale.
The 12 week Brazil program is in Portuguese and is fully contextualized for the sector. We’re delighted to be working with a range of expert organizations such as ATN/TechSoup Brazil on digital transformation, the Food, Nature, Climate Community on digital campaigning and Quid on user-centred approaches to digital engagement.
